"Ringer" Premieres Average, "Parenthood" Season Premiere Opens O.K.
With the new fall season's shows beginning to start up, we have soon have a flood of posts. Last night CW's Ringer and 90210 premiered along with NBC's "Parenthood".
Ratings:
90210(CW) - 1.624 Million Views - 3% Share
Ringer(CW) - 2.759 Million Views - 3% Share
Parenthood(NBC) -6.78 Million Views - 6% Share
What Does This Mean?
90210 - SO FAR, 90210 has barely had a drop in its ratings since last season. But since these ratings are so low we don't know how much longer it will remain on, until cancellation. "Life Unexpected" by the CW had slightly higher ratings than this and got cancelled (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Life_Unexpected_episodes).
Ringer - The show was "Highly anticipated" and we basically saw commercials everywhere for it, so the CW must of been hoping at least upwards of 3.5 Million but, with 2.7 Million that'll most likely get it another season if there isnt a big ratings drop.
Parenthood - The show's season 2 finale ended with 6.32 Million Viewers and so half a million more views for the season 3 premiere is slightly significant for a low rated show, but time will tell its ratings path.
Extra Notes:
Remember, these are series/season premieres and are the first episode of the season. There could be a ratings spike or decrease so status of shows may change.
